  My poor baby had fought so hard for so long and I was comforted by you both so much throughout my whole experience from taking him to the vet and having him put to rest, to then having you both open your arms and your heart so passionately, and you took the upmost care of my boy. He was sent off in the most loving and respectful manner. And he would have loved it because it was grand. He was treated like royalty.. and the best part - he's home with his mum. Forever. Thank you so much for all you have done. I couldn't have I asked for more.

  After dealing with a painful loss of my baby kitten 'Oscar' I was so unsure how I could still keep him close by even though he's now so far away :( what a hard experience it is to lose any loving pet, what makes this grieving time easier is when you have such supportive staff like Mark & Diane, to help you through such a difficult time. Their warming calls & messages whilst organising the whole treatment for my baby boy was easier than I'd expected. To walk into the office and have Diane welcome me with the warmest hug really alleviates the pain.
